Return Policy

-All items can be returned within 14 days after delivery date.

-Refunds will be issued for all approved items that are received within the 14 day period. After 14 days, AFA will only issue a store credit in the form of an E-gift card.

-Return requests must be sent to us. Once approved, the return slip must be  printed and shipped with the package. The return slips will contain all the return information, including the delivery address. Failure to ship the return slip will result in AFA rejecting the return.

-Allow 2-3 days for your store credit to be processed and available for use. AFA will  send you email confirmation as soon as it has been processed.

-The items must be returned in a resaleable condition. They must be unwashed,  unaltered and unworn. They must be without any fragrant scent, stains and tears.

-AFA will review the returned package and contact you to let you know if your return has been accepted.

-AFA reserves the rights to withhold the refund and reject any items that have been sent in an unsaleable condition.

-Regrettably, AFA does not accept returns on any altered items.

-All returns must be shipped with tracking and insurance as we will not accept any liability for lost items. The insurance will enable the sender to claim should there be any loss.

-All returns are the customer's responsibility until they reach us.

-The customer will pay for all the costs unless AFA agrees to cover the costs.

-The shipment costs are non-refundable.

-The customer will cover all exchange shipment costs unless there was a factory fault with the item and in that case AFA will cover the costs.

-Regrettably, we do not accept returns on sale items or items that have been on promotion. Should you wish to return these items, you will be charged 50% restocking fee.Free Gifts are not returnable.

-All FREE SHIPPING items that are returned for a refund will be charged £7 for Europe/UK and £10 outside this region. There will be no charge for factory fault items.

-Should you receive damaged goods, please contact us via email within 24 hours.

-Reject any goods that arrive in damaged or partially opened packaging. Kindly send us an email within 24 hours advising us of the rejection so that this can be followed up with the courier.
